Keep your pace light and steady.
Bend your knee, bring your heel toward your glutes.
Hold a chair for support if needed.
Bend forward slowly, walk with your hands into a plank, and then walk back.
Great for core, arms, and flexibility!
Step side to side while moving your arms overhead.
You can modify the exercise if twisting hurts your knees.
Stand nice and tall. Make big, slow circles with your hips.
This loosens tight joints and increases mobility.
Repeat for 3 rounds
20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
Sip water in between if needed (but don't overhydrate!!).
