Then these 7 lip-smacking desi high-protein snacks are a must try!

Roasted chana bites

It has protein without processed carbs.

Dry roast chana with a pinch of Himalayan salt and chilli powder.

Spicy masala eggs

It is a quick source of lean protein.

Boil 2 eggs & slice  them. Sprinkle chaat masala & lemon juice.

Moong sprout salad

A light, refreshing snack loaded with nutrients.

Mix moong sprouts with chopped onions, tomatoes, & lemon juice. Add chaat masala on top.

Tava paneer cubes

The vegetarian-friendly protein. Great if taken after strength training.

Sauté paneer cubes with turmeric, pepper & jeera seeds in 1 tsp ghee.

Peanut jaggery bites

It is rich in good fats and protein.

Blend jaggery, slightly ground peanuts, and 1 tsp of ghee. Shape into ladoos.

Sweet potato bowl

A complex carb snack. Best when taken post-workouts.

Boil the sweet potato, cube it, and top with lemon, rock salt, and jeera powder.

Chia pudding

It is rich in fibre, omega-3, and protein.

Soak chia seeds in almond (or low-fat) milk overnight. Serve with fruits and nuts.
