it’s about understanding why we chase weight loss.
In a recent GRWM video, Kusha shared behind-the-scenes of her weight loss story.
“This isn’t my first transformation.”
➤ Kusha lost weight at 13, 22, and again at 33.
➤ Her weight loss stemmed from
family pressure
validation
self-care.

She was struggling with PCOS and painful, pus-filled pimples known as cystic acne.
Kusha once ate less than 900 calories/day.
She lost 20-22 kilos, but fad diets do more harm than good.
“I lost weight quickly, but I also lost immunity. I got abdominal TB.”
“Women are told to lose weight, but not shown the science behind it.
The more we know our body, the more we’ll get why this is happening to us.”
Kusha got a full body checkup and focused on balanced habits, strength training, and slow healing.
She measured progress in energy, strength, and confidence.
She asked herself,
"Am I chasing numbers or wellbeing? Is this for health, strength, or someone else’s approval?"
If you are struggling with weight loss, know this:
You don’t owe the world a transformation.
You just owe yourself care.
And be gentle with your expectations.
